Doris Lohwasser is part of Grant Thornton's Sustainability Services team and advises companies on sustainability reporting issues.
Before joining the management consultancy, she worked for an international, publicly traded energy and environmental services company. Her responsibilities there included investor relations and sustainability reporting, including coordinating and supporting external audits. She was also involved in group-wide sustainability development processes, particularly in the areas of ESG data management and risk management. She was a member of the ESG Risk Working Committee and the Green Finance Committee and was involved in the internal coordination of ESG and capital market issues.
Experience
She has over 15 years of experience in advising on sustainability and reporting issues and in preparing and developing financial and non-financial reporting. Her work focuses on the content, conceptual and organisational implementation of regulatory requirements.
Her areas of expertise include in particular:
- Consulting on sustainability, non-financial and integrated reporting
- Design, editing and drafting of sustainability and annual reports in accordance with NaDiVeG, GRI and CSRD / ESRS
- Analysis and redrafting of existing sustainability, financial and integrated reports
- Further development of risk management processes to meet ESRS requirements
- Project management for the implementation of ESG data management systems
- Project management for the creation of manuals on non-financial reporting (GRI, ESRS)
- Support in responding to ESG ratings and ESG questionnaires (e.g. CDP)
- Capital market communication activities for listed companies, including the preparation of company news and ad hoc announcements, as well as participation in roadshows and investor conferences
- Diploma in Industrial Management (FH Joanneum)
