Christian Weber is a VAT specialist with a focus on national and international VAT advice. As part of Grant Thornton's international VAT network, he advises companies on cross-border deliveries of goods and services as well as on VAT issues within the group.
He is also an expert for public corporations and non-profit organisations, i.e. non-profit, charitable or church institutions. His tax consulting fields include areas such as health and care, museums and educational institutions, art and culture as well as infrastructure projects.
Christian Weber has many years of experience in advising internationally active companies. He joined Grant Thornton Austria in 2019 and previously worked for a Big Four firm in the area of VAT as well as public corporations and non-profit organisations.
He is also active as a lecturer at seminars and universities of applied sciences, including on the topics of VAT in the construction industry, VAT in corporate groups and VAT in public corporations.
Christian Weber is a tax advisor and graduated in law from the University of Vienna.
