Experience

Mag. (FH) Michael Szücs has been working in auditing since 2003, specializing in the auditing of individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with national and international standards. He has particular expertise in the area of capital markets, especially in prospectus auditing, issue support and in his role as internal auditor,  AML – Officer and compliance officer.

In addition, he teaches at FHWien der WKW, furthermore he is Certified Finance Compliance Officer and Certified Sustainabilty Auditor.

His industry specialisms include construction, retail, transport & logistics, financial services, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Before joining the company, he worked as a project controller in the property sector.

• Industry experience in construction, retail, transport & logistics and chemicals & pharmaceuticals
• Auditing and development of internal control systems
• Capital market-oriented audits and consulting, in particular prospectus audits, issue monitoring, WAG audits and assumption of functions such as internal auditor and compliance officer
