Madeline Brabenetz is a payroll manager at Grant Thornton Austria Tax GmbH in Vienna, with around seven years' experience in payroll accounting. She has in-depth specialist knowledge and a strong understanding of labour law, social security, and tax-related matters.
She supports both international and national clients in Austrian payroll accounting, always taking individual requirements into account.
A particular focus of her work is comprehensive advice on a wide range of collective bargaining agreements. She has extensive experience supporting clients from many different industries, e.g. physicians, retail, hospitality, and private hospitals.
In addition, she has comprehensive experience with payroll tax audits and guides clients competently through the entire audit process.
She also supports companies in insolvency situations with a clear, solution-oriented approach and ensures an orderly handling of payroll processes.
Another focus is supporting clients with the implementation of a BMD system. She assists clients with purchasing and setting up the program and subsequently takes over the ongoing payroll accounting directly in the clients’ system. In doing so, she contributes solid system and process know-how and ensures efficient workflows and a high quality of implementation.
