• Transaction-related valuation services with a focus on business and asset valuations, as well as fairness opinions to assess the financial fairness of transaction prices.
• Accounting-related valuation services, including equity valuations, purchase price allocations (PPAs), and impairment tests.
• Preparation of financial forecasts and quantitative financial models, as well as risk and scenario analyses.
